About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of rateradar.site, operated under the RateRadar name (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

What RateRadar provides
RateRadar provides independent editorial travel information and tools for comparing experience types and planning considerations. Our collection is selective and does not cover every tour, provider or destination.
We are not a tour operator, travel agent, ticket seller or the official representative of the attractions we discuss. We do not currently accept bookings, process payments, issue tickets or provide live pricing and availability.
The order of experiences is editorial, not a ranking of price, popularity or quality. Descriptions and destination images are for general planning and do not promise a specific itinerary, access level or service.
Using travel information
We aim to provide useful, clear information, but travel details can change. Opening times, entry conditions, routes, accessibility, availability, prices and cancellation policies must be checked with the relevant attraction or provider before making plans or paying.
Compare the total cost, including taxes and mandatory charges; ticket inclusions; transport; meeting points; group size; language; access limitations; and cancellation terms. General guidance on RateRadar is not a substitute for the specific terms of the offer you choose.
You are responsible for assessing whether an activity suits your needs and for checking relevant entry, health, safety, insurance and travel requirements. We do not guarantee that any experience will be available or suitable for every traveler.
Third-party bookings, payments & refunds
If you choose to book with a third party, your contract is with that provider under its own terms. The provider determines the final price, availability, inclusions, payment conditions, changes, cancellations and refunds.
RateRadar cannot amend or cancel reservations, issue refunds, resolve payment disputes or access your booking. Contact the provider named on your confirmation for booking support. No cancellation or refund policy offered by a provider should be assumed to apply to another tour.
Links & commercial relationships
Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not imply ownership, control or endorsement of every aspect of their services. We are not responsible for third-party website content or policies.
RateRadar links to paid tours on third-party websites and may show dated public price snapshots. These are not live checkout quotes or guarantees of the lowest price. Our booking links include Viator affiliate tracking. We may receive a commission when a qualifying booking is made. Viator is the featured booking provider; that placement does not guarantee the lowest price. Any sponsored placement will be labeled. A commercial relationship does not make RateRadar the tour provider.
Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful personal travel research. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful software, misrepresent your identity in correspondence, or use our content in a misleading or unlawful way.
Automated access must not disrupt the website or bypass access restrictions. Nothing in these terms is intended to prevent ordinary search-engine indexing.
Content & intellectual property
RateRadar branding, original text and site design are owned by us or used with permission. Destination photographs and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and licenses. Attraction and provider names are used for identification and do not imply official affiliation.
You may view and link to our pages for personal, non-commercial research. Other reproduction or commercial reuse of our original content requires permission unless allowed by law. Contact us about permissions or rights concerns.
Availability & responsibility
We provide the website and editorial information on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free content, a particular travel outcome or the performance of any third-party provider.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from third-party travel services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the information received when you use the website or email us, and your available choices. We do not ask for payment details or sensitive travel documents.
Changes, concerns & contact
We may change the website and these terms as services develop. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Material changes apply from the stated effective date and do not retrospectively remove rights that already arose.
